Email Code:

To email a code to someone, simply copy and paste the code into your personal or business email client and include these instructions.

How to activate a code.

1. Go to uniquelyyou.org and click "Register" at the top of the page.
2. Create a user name and password.
3. After you have created a username and password click "Activate Code" at the top of the page.
4. Enter your 12 digit code.
5. Confirm it.
6. Go to your "My Account" page and click the green "Begin Questionnaire" button

How to Take the Assessment.

1. Go to your "My Account" page (top right-hand corner of the site).
2. Scroll down until you see "My Profiles".
3. Click the green "Begin Questionnaire" button to the right of the profile name.
4. Complete the profile.

NOTE** When you start the personality profile, answer only two, one most and one least, for each four statements.

How to Download a PDF of your Report

1. Put a check to the left of your completed profile.
2. Click the 3rd blue button underneath profile list "Download Report".
